Amazing staff! Helpful and friendly. Beautiful rooms, comfortable bed and pillows. Loved 5th floor views. Great location, easy to walk everywhere.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with many attractions and amenities within walking distance. the hotel offered a convenient proximity to the Christmas market, which was a highlight of our trip.

I had an amazing time at this place! The location is just perfect, it's close to bars that are open till 6 am, and there are many restaurants to eat at, which was really convenient for me. I also loved the service bicycle hire and shops/commercial services that were nearby. The terrace was a great addition to my room amenities with an electric kettle and a flat-screen tv too. The staff was very helpful and friendly and made me feel very welcome with a complimentary drink. The place also had a leisure/tv room and a snack bar with board games, which was perfect for some downtime.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great time.
